Vehicle Location Tracking System (VLTS) – Workshop

The workshop on the Vehicle Location Tracking System (VLTS) is being organized in the conference hall of the Urban Directorate with the participation of representatives from all Nagar Nigams and the NIC team. The workshop is being conducted in the presence of the Additional Director and Joint Director to review and strengthen the implementation of the VLTS system across urban local bodies. During the session, officials and technical experts are discussing the operational framework, monitoring process, real-time vehicle tracking features, and integration mechanisms related to the system. The NIC team is providing technical guidance and demonstrating various functionalities of the VLTS platform to ensure efficient monitoring and management of municipal vehicles. Representatives from different Nagar Nigams are sharing their experiences, challenges, and suggestions regarding the implementation process. The workshop aims to improve coordination, enhance transparency, and ensure effective utilization of the Vehicle Location Tracking System for better urban service delivery and administrative efficiency.
